    Thank you for the western union service but dont understand why a valid Australian passport is not considered a valid ID for sending money . Sent money around 1800 hrs today. Probably different staffs have different rules

    Rudest individual I have ever had to deal with behind the counter this morning. She needs training in speaking to people full stop. She does not know how to operate her machine for payment, she literally threw it and me and told me to put it through. She speaks to people abruptly and very very rudely. She should NOT be dealing with members of public. If she doesn’t like her job, there are plenty of others who are willing to take it. I will not return if she is there.
